This page is for government entities who wish to pay by check for their employees to take agricultural online continuing education credits and require an invoice or purchase order / W-9 form.

Instructions:

To request an invoice, purchase order, and/or a W-9 form for your purchasing department (in order to process payment for an applicator to take online continuing education credits with us), please contact Aaron Mackie at amackie@ceuschool.org or by phone at 251.583.5972. The required documents will be emailed to you in a timely manner. Please include the licensee's name, desired courses, and number of credits in your email.
NOTE:
If a purchase order is not needed, you can register to begin training at your convenience by clicking register to the left. You can then select courses on demand, take one or more courses, checkout with any major credit card, and all reporting is taken care of with the department of agriculture on your behalf. All attendance forms and/or certificates are also immediately available upon completion. Thank you.
